Reader Panel

The Mirror Group reader panel, set up in 2003, now has 5,000 panellists who have all been recruited directly from our websites and newspapers.
Through the Reader Panel, we have sought to lead the way in increasing accountability and developing a greater understanding of our readers and their lives. The panel helps us to understand opinions and measure Mirror Group’s contribution to a campaign’s overall success.
To date, we have conducted over 50 surveys, for clients including Unilever, Pedigree, Masterfoods, Freeview, John Smiths and Bisto and on general subjects such as Green Issues, Sports, Food & Health, Finance and Holidays.
The ability to access a significant cross section of readers in a cost effective and timely way has added considerable value to our sales proposition, and enabled the Mirror Group to meet the evolving needs of the industry ahead of syndicated research tools.
Our surveys have provided existing advertisers with justification, potential advertisers with persuasion and planners with reason to question existing thinking.
